In Canada we have a great healthcare system to support us when we are at one end of the spectrum – when we get sick or injured. However, Canadians are chronically underserved when it comes to getting the support needed when we’re in the middle or closer to the healthier end of the spectrum.
At Pure North we believe everyone can benefit from additional knowledge about our bodies that helps us take measured steps to prevent chronic illness and disease and improve our overall health and wellness.
If you are interested in learning how you can improve your health, no matter where you fall on the health spectrum, Pure North can help. Every team member at Pure North is dedicated to helping you understand your body by arming you with knowledge – a scorecard of health. It is with this information that we are better able to track and measure your health improvement.
16 Point Health Assessment
The 16 Point Health Assessment is the first step in the journey of feeling your best and living your healthiest life.
Designed to measure the nutrient levels in your body, your personalized 16 Point Health Assessment also identifies cardiovascular health, inflammatory markers, thyroid, kidney and liver health as well as blood sugar level.
What to Expect
The 16 Point Health Assessment includes two visits to the Pure North clinic. At your first visit the health care team will collect your biometrics and blood panel. This includes:
- lifestyle and current nutrition and supplement program questions;
- family medical history overview;
- gathering biometric data such as measuring your height, weight, blood pressure;
- blood draw.
Three weeks later, when the blood panel results have returned, there is a follow-up appointment where a health practitioner will review your blood panel with you, explain the results, and discuss a tailored supplementation plan and lifestyle recommendations. Pure North encourages all participants to share their 16 Point Health Assessment with their doctor so that they can use this additional information to aid in their advice and recommendations.
We’re confident the Pure North Program can help you feel your best so you can live your fullest life possible.
If you’re keen to get started with the Pure North Program, and decide to join at your first appointment, your first month is on us! We will also give you the starter pack of multi vitamins and minerals, developed to provide beneficial nutrients most people are missing. This is intended to provide a nutrient kick-start while your blood work is analyzed.
If you’d prefer to wait until your blood work is back and have your follow-up appointment with the healthcare practitioner, that’s great too. Pure North Program offers four different plan levels to meet the various needs of participants and we’ll chat with you about the program options and which might be best for you at that appointment.
As always, there is no obligation to join the Pure North Program and people are welcome to cancel their participation at any time, we simply ask you to pay for the services and products received to date.
The Silver and Flex Plans
The Silver Plan and the Flex Program are two options for people looking for light and flexible support on their health journey.
The Gold Plan
The Gold Plan is a comprehensive yet cost conscious plan, supporting most people on their health journey. It includes additional blood draws and one-on-one consultation with a Pure North healthcare practitioner.
The Platinum Plan
The Platinum Plan provides the most significant support to those who need it. The Platinum Plan offers additional supplements not included in the Gold Plan as well as a dental health assessment and Tennant clinic session.
“I’ve never been a vitamin taker but a friend of mine had been on the program for a year, and she said ‘You should try it.’ So I did. I really do feel it’s helped with my health. They are a very kind organization. They take time to listen to your concerns.”Carol Mowbray - Alberta
