The Five Pillars Of Preventative Medicine

Our goal is to help you feel better and live longer Here’s a quick guide to how Pure North can help you achieve optimal health and vitality.

Our five pillars of preventive medicine ensure better health and vitality

1. Pure North Clinic

We offer comprehensive health assessments because we know how important it is to measure and monitor. These include blood testing, body composition and biometrics, one-on-one consultations with a naturopathic doctor or nurse practitioner to review results and develop an individualized health program with education and support. Pure North supplements address nutrient deficiencies and promote toxin removal.

2. Pure North Health

Our Precision Health Nurse Practitioner Clinic is a private primary care centre focused on the prevention of chronic disease and improvement of overall health. It provides support for mental health, diabetes, weight management, smoking cessation, prenatal education, hypertension, cardiovascular disease and more.

3. Pure North Dental

We take a preventive approach to healthcare by ensuring a healthy mouth. We remove toxicity by replacing mercury amalgam (silver) dental fillings with healthy alternatives.

4. Pure North Research

We analyze the latest evidence-based research and conduct our own in-house evidence-based research. Pure North participants can opt to have their health records and tests anonymized and collected with others. Our doctors and researchers work with independent, international experts to use this data to improve preventive health care within the Pure North program and around the world. Findings are published in peer-reviewed and well-respected scientific journals.

5. Pure North Outreach

Pure North, with the generosity of our donors, works to prevent chronic illness and disease in the community by providing nutrition and education to vulnerable people. We donate dental care, primary health care and nutritional supplements to those at homeless shelters and addiction treatment facilities. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation to help support vulnerable Canadians and enable them to live the healthiest  life possible.
